I've seen many foot massage centres (People massage for you, not using machine). They uses traditional oil, but the smell suck balls. I think they massage is to let the blood circulation flowing effectively?

I think 1 hour RM40. Anyone tried? Feedback please. Maybe can try someday. laugh.gif

hahaha.. well not all the oil smell suck balls dude.
i tried it b4.
i previously work in an event management company.
hell yeah its superd stress n tiring for setups n etc.

after the foot massage, it seriously relief ur stress, u actually feel more lively after it.
altho in the process of massage, u might laugh till u drop dead, cos its kinda tickles alot when u not use to it, but it hELL HURTS once they press right below ur feet.

its seriously worth a try, u can actually feel the blood circulation when u stand up. stand still after tat n u will get wat i mean..

enjoy..

Which centre do you recommend? If can abit 'standard' lare. wink.gif , got girls massage ar? From what I see, most of them are males and aunties, LOL! Don't get me wrong, massage as in foot massage not body massage. Standard = Better environment, not special service lare. laugh.gif

My place here, usually after jogging, i would go and step those small stones, i think it somehow worked alittle for me. laugh.gif

I tried before. cost RM30 for 45 minutes. 10 minutes of that was steaming and wrap. Oil smelled like some sandalwood type thing;of course the girls had some floral oil. Tehy used this stick like Kuatsa thingy and dig and press and korek your foot until you scream in pain biggrin.gif

Its called foot reflexology. A good sifu can tell you your illness by massaging you feet. Different pain can tell lots of stories. Its like a map at the bottom of your feet!

LyfFan: Wah, sounds like kena torture only? laugh.gif

I think I better let those sifu massage, not some girls who know shit nothing, at least can ask the sifu some advice if there is anything,

A lot of these 'foot n body massage' laces are just fronts for getting blowjobs and quickies, I doubt they have any real reflexology training at all.

I see a feet chart it is like every spot on your feet is like a switch on certain parts of your body, it will improve blood circulation. If a part of your body is not in good shape, massaging that spot usually result in a painful experience, but after that you will feel more relief.

Same thing for hands but hardly see any massage centre massage hands.

But remember not to have foot massage within an hour after meal, and don't wash your feet right after massage, instead cover it with dry towel or something.

Best find those that doesn't use those wooden stick, and uses hands direcly as wood stick are too hard and can sometimes hurt your delicate feet. Guys normally do better because they have stronger hands. There are many China Chinese Girls doing foot massage around my place, they wear uniform shirts, think they should be authentic foot massagers but anyone tried?

There are normally 2 types of pain, 1 is more like pain from the nerves, the other is physical pain, when you feel physical pain you should ask the massager to go more gently if not you will end up with bruises.

The expert say.. when massage hard doesn't mean is good.

They do some doctor talk as they pressing your foot. Like your lung no good lar as so on. The oil smell ok too.

Try it!

my take on footmassages.

1. pretty girls does not matter, the most important is the masseuse.

2. i dun really prefer thai massage. too soft, no pain, no feel. like a baby playing with my toes -.-!

3. chinese is always best because they exert pain! more pain = more
hard work = getting money's worth = addressing strained areas

4. 2 places of choice i have in ss2. = 1) natural health care center (rm40/hr, ppl from china. really good. have private rooms for private watching tv and very cold.), another is just for rest and relax and a good upper back massage - zouk spa (rm60 for 2 hrs, 1 hr 30 minutes leg, 30 minutes upper back) - i've tried around 80% of the places in ss2 and i will just say that these 2 is 1) the best quality, 2) the best value.

5. foot reflexology is not scientifically proven. its just a traditional method. because all nerve endings go to the leg, they say that pressing and when u feel pain means different part of your body is not good because obstruction of blood circulation. so in essence, u massage that pain part = massaging the organs.

6. what i truly believe is that if u just wanna feel invigorated and fresh from fatigue and release muscle tension, then go for a massage.

BUT massages can be a vice because it is costly and ADDICTIVE.

Currently after a few try out Foot Reflexology, I found a slight improvement on my body reaction. Felt a bit relax and easy to fall asleep (especially at night after 10pm). Downside my eating appetite increases (which is scaring me). Is been six times I done at same place.

Just to share with you, when I’m about to get sick, I try out foot reflexology just to avoid medicine (most medicine are painkillers) which is no good for our body. It really avoids me from getting worst. Immediately, the next morning I got up and shoot to work.

According to the Sifu, he told me once a month to do 8 hours for a complete exercise (at least). It will be much better if we can go sauna right after the foot treatment.

Best part, his potential clients are doctors, nurses, lawyers, dato' even Tan Sri.

He never asks me to do more. Just stick to every Saturday 12.30pm (1 hour after meal) to do 2 hours. The first month have to maintain the blood circulation smoothness. After that every week to do 1 hour as per maintain. He told me within 8 months can feel tremendous improvements. Hardly get sick and always in hyper mode etc2. He also told me there’s no such thing as speed result involving health unless if we on drugs (medicine). It will kill us slowly using this medicine without us all realizing it.

Foot massage, if done by someone who knows what his/her doing, could make you feel like a new person aftermath.

I've tried once at the Danau Kota nightmarket, a blind person.

He can diagnose your health condition just by examining the sole of your feet.

Hi there, i would also like to know the location of your massage center, i am massage specialist myself owning the foot massager advisor website containing lots of massager comparison articles but your treatment sounds like it's something you can't find in every massage center out there. I tried to message you but the system doesn't allow me for having too low post count, so please reply!

Foot reflexology is good for blood circulation. So many centers to go to...if u are afraid of dodgy centers, go to those more well known such as Reborn, Thai Odyssey, Manjakaki, etc.
