if we're looking for a 20+ goals per season striker, i think Higuain would be better suited than Jovetic. i prefer jovetic simply because he's the Plan A to Plan B's Giroud - a quick striker. plus with a front three of lukas/jove/theo, all three can play ST so they can swap around and confuse the heck out of defenders.

higuain, while not as quick and versatile as jovetic, is a poacher and a clinical finisher. he will provide us the goals. plus jovetic seems to be more of a SS than an all out ST. jovetic is the player i want, but seems like higuain is the player we need.

haha but still, i think wenger will sign someone unmentioned hitherto. leggo cavani!

^ i wont argue against that. fabregas made even adebayor look good. to his credit, ade can be good when he put his heart to it, but with someone like cesc pulling the strings he doesnt need to work more than he wants.

i had the same thoughts on higuain, but i was thinking on a Liverpool tangent, since both Suarez and Higuain wants to leave, a swap would enable suarez to go to RM and Higuain to Liverpool.

but then i stopped short and laughed at myself. from Real Madrid to a team not playing in CL? who am i kidding

i'd prefer someone with EPL experience than UCL, just because epl is 38 games, CL is less than half than that. i imagine a midfielder playing in one of the best leagues would not be fazed by the glamour of CL. i'm still not convinced fellaini is the missing puzzle tho.
