QUOTE(hades4eve @ May 12 2013, 10:29 PM) Yesterday after hauling so much and I sat down and look at all the set... I enjoying the view of all my Lego set that I managed to haul for last 2 months (or maybe 3).... then some old memories struck me where I used to enjoy my Lego with my 2nd ex... maybe I should go back to find her... I remember "Do the right things, and Do things right"... Yes, I admit I'm an addict for Lego Take a break fr Lego bro. It will still be here. There is something just money can't buy » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « It worth a shot after we have been together for kinda long already... so I'll gamble it - using the Lego way |

QUOTE(dilvin @ May 13 2013, 10:04 AM) he deprived the children the joy of owning their favorite sets when their daddy have to inform them no more stock, although is 1st day of sales in aeon its good also. let him sapu all the stocks. so ALJ will order more and if they know sales response is good. they will think of bringing in more themes and product lines. |

QUOTE(alanyuppie @ May 13 2013, 02:30 PM) Made me wonder... assuming many adult males suddenly hopped back into this childhood hobby of theirs , in another corner of the internet.. will there be another forum thread called auntie eeer anti-lego spouse thread v134 where daily rantings of husband not doing chores coz of LEGO. heheh. with or without lego also we seldom do chores la its just that with lego, we will take over the coffee table, tv cabinet, floor space, etc |

QUOTE(Lego_Jason @ May 13 2013, 04:12 PM) wow sold all the bigger sets? business is very good.well dont worry its not your fault. Lego shops like Brickboys have the rights to sell as low as they wish. but i think its time u check with your supplier again why the bulk purchase price they are offering is higher than a shop retail here. but its definitely good news that TLG or ALJ decided to bring down the price. Its a win-win for local buyers |

QUOTE(yhlee12 @ May 13 2013, 11:56 PM) US TRU buy 1 get second 1 at 50%.... OMG... anyone want to work out costing to ship the new sets back here? LR train.. glaxy squads.. family house.. potential of 50%... droool... :-) this type of sale quite common in the US. Walmart, Kmart sometimes practise that to clear older stocks.but TRU pricing are like TRU here, the highest among all stores in the US |

Msia a must have gone Lego crazy. I saw few pages back TRU at 1U had their stocks depleted. Their sets are at full blown retail prices! I was there when the stocks are full n shelves.
Even their vw camper, modulars are almost gone. |
