Dear house owner / designer, i'm act for sales person here for my company (family's business) located at Simpang Pertang, Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan. We are heavy hardwood manufacturer for 3 species hard logwood - Resak, Chengal, & Balau.

Our sawmill is one of the longest history(since 1987, 26 years) in Simpang Pertang, Jelebu. And we still process hardwood by using traditional sawing machine & natives workers handle. We use (1 machine - 1 shift only) basic to maintain our wood quality, but stay within market demand.

All logwood is legally & proper selected from our country's very own tropical forest. Most log is come from our state or surrounding, like Pahang.

House owner / Designer purchase from us has multiple benefit like :

Other than above, any special size is possible on customer need. Will quote on special order & depend on quantity, usually take 1 - 3 days for ready dispatch.

We calculate base on actual size of finished product, which help on more saving than purchase at hardware store merchant or agent.

For example how we calculate and quote base on formula :

H x W x L ÷7200 = SUM x Price per Ton

eg : 1 x 8 @ 10 feet, price per piece -

1 x 8 x 10 ÷ 7200 x RM5300 (per ton) = RM63.60 per piece (RM6.36 per feet)

@ hardware merchant or agent, they take profit base on 'inch taking basic, this is how it work :

for 1 x 8, normally they order from us for 'not enough inch', which is we called '7/8 x 8'. , or '7/6 x 8'.

- Take 1 inch and divide by 8, which is 0.125/1.00. When we mature on actual size of finished product, we don't calculate '1 x 8' . We actually do :

eg: 6/8 x 8

0.75 x 8 x 10 ÷7200 x RM5300 = RM44.52 per piece (RM4.45 per feet)

for every 150 pcs (1.25 tons) you save RM2'862 (RM9'540 vs RM6'678). That is huge.
