What is mobo? Is it the whole master board thing? is it expensive?

Motherboard/main board. Bcoz u turn it on when not fully dry. If u send to shop n u tell ur phone fell in drain, they wont bother to check. They will say change the board.
About price, u have to ask around n find the best deal

Next time when your phone is soaked into water

1) Dont switch on the phone
2) Dry it (many techniques, but the rice technique is the most gooding )
3) wait 2-3 days
4) Switch on the phone
