ya, one of the advantages on diffusal blade in dota 2 over dota is that it give golds when u sell it with empty charges, while in dota it sold for 0 gold.

-international is to change the background to International 2012 background also mean no animated background.
The other ways is that type "dota_embers 0" in console or autodex file. |

but works on mine, u may need to wait awhile to let the animate to stop, or try get into console and back to game, then it will stop, work to me sometimes
