Always up first and second skill, skip Ulti until level 10 and 11. Getting it at lvl 9 is kinda pointless because one illusion is not that good. So lvl 9 get one level of your third skill but always max your first two skills.

how about get arcane boots ? since it mana drainer, spam use 1st and 2nd skill LOL

ulti : 200
total = 410
yet, sure spam 2nd skill since cd very fast
