2. normally phantom lancer got buy diffusal blade, let say I upgrade it to level 2 and finished use all 8 of them, to reload it also buy recipe ?

3. last, the black king bar, the more time you use, the lesser time you can use it, how to get back the longest time ? I saw 1st time use is 10 seconds, so how do I get back 10 seconds ?
