I wil be going to bali on 14/10/09-19/10/09~ Here is my planned itinerary~ can any1 give some comment/suggestion?? really appreciate & thks 4 ur all help^^

Day 1
1900+ Reach Bali
- Stay Kuta
- Discovery mall/ Matahari/ The Ground Zero

Day 2
- Check Out & depart to Ubud
- Barong Show (Batubulan), Celuk, Sukawati, Mas & Ubud Village
- Have lunch at Ibu Oka
- Goa Gajah in d afternoon

Day 3
- Tegalalang
- Tampak Siring + Tirta Empul Temple (or maybe on d way bac frm Besakih)
- Lunch at Kintamani (but i heard dat better to go in d Morning b4 12pm)
- Besakih
- Hav dinner at Bebek Bengil

Day 4
- Depart to Kuta (Check in hotel)
- Beratan Lake, Bedugul
- Taman Ayun
- Tanah Lot
- Stay at Kuta

Day 5
- Free leisure in d morning
- Nusa Dua/ Tanjung Benoa
- Dreamland
- Uluwatu
- Jimbaran Beach (seafood dinner)

Day 6
- 5.00am Depart back to KL

How's my itinerary?? is it alrite? pls give me some suggestion & comment:help:

Ok thks a lot stimiz~ btw, my Day 4 will be rushing ma?? depart 2 kuta frm ubud check in den jus depart to tmn ayun n soon~??? O do i nid 2 switch between Day 5 & Day 4??

Mean dat shld be as below??:-

- Check in to Kuta Hotel

Day 5

I also wil be going thr nxt month lo~ In my opinion. tourism is Bali 1st income so i dun think thy will sweep us as tourist ba~ hope everything will b alrite & we will have an enjoyable & unforgettable trip thr lo^^

1: Wayan Parta
He give me RP350k for full day (10hrs max) & RP250k for half day (5 hrs max)
- incl. driver speaking english, petrol, car with AC, parking fee and driver meal.
- extra hr charge is RP25k each hr
- will give wood carving as souvenir & special offer (village tour with Balinese Harley Dasfinson - to drive around the rice paddy view)

2. Made Agus
He give me RP400k for full day & RP250k for half day
- include : car, driver, petrol, cold mineral water, sarongs for temple visit and parking fees.
- don't have fixed hr, can used his service from morning till dinner..he can wait for us

which 1 i should use?? both driver are highly recommended in net~ now reli headache le cos cant decide by myself~ reli appreciate ur help~

Do anyone know what time Kecak Dance at Uluwatu will start & d show take how long time? is it shown everyday?? Cos i plan to watch this show & proceed to seafood dinner at Jimbaran after that OR should i skip this show & catch d sunset moment at Jimbaran??? pls advise

oh~ den i shld jus proceed to Jimbaran for sunset dinner better~ cos i read from net that a lot of ppl sae Kecak dance in Uluwatu is a must so i plan to change my schedule to watch d kecak show but now i think maintain d same is d best~ aiksss, my sis call me just now & ask me to consider twice before going as peoples are predicting thy will b tsunami in bali. she ask me to cancel d trip but i dun wan as i hav plan n settle all things 4 our bali trip on 14/10-19/10 ...but i'm worry too...in dilemma now

will b stayin in ubud for 2 days n kuta for 2 days lo~ aiksss, as u sae, let it to the god hand & just pray hard~ i dun wan to miss dis chance & better dun let dis thing spoil my mood & trip~ yeap, everything will b alrite ~!!!

yupe, as i plan, we will go uluwatu around 3pm den proceed to Jimbaran at 5 sumthing for sunset dinner (if watch kecak show at 6.00pm den will miss d sunset at Jimbaran le lo)~

hi all~ jus bac from bali yesterday~ before this, I planned to cancel my bali trip due d earthquake n tsunami foresee but im lucky dat I din cancel my trip. It’s reli such a fool if I cancel my trip.kekeke.

Here r some recommendation~ highest recommendation~!!!:
1) Ubud Stay – Hibiscus Cottages at Jln Bisma
The room are super super clean and bath tub r provided. The paddy view around d cottages r awesome and the air is cool n refreshing n we can sleep without the fan turn on (no aircond). The room r divided to grd flr n upper flr with pent house (For more info bout d room, pls refer to pslee thread - we stay in Room B ^^). Besides that, we love their breakfast loads. It was reli reli nice. Can contact him thru email n tel him recommended by Doreen^^

2) Driver – Wayan Suparta
Alto he’s on holiday now but he still make up 1 day to fetch us thru our 5D trip. He bring us to his house after our trip ended on dat day and treat us drink coffee n coconut. He oso let us drive his Harley Davidson (not d real one >.<) and bring us to round round his hometown using motorbikes. It was really a nice experience to know more bout their living style and to get nearer to the local ppl. We reli enjoy it.
The rest of our trip is fetch by his worker, Mr Badrah. He’s also a nice guy. On the last day of our trip, we exceed the max time of the trip but he din charge us. He tell us to enjoy ourself n dun worry bout d time & money. He oso din recommend any shop o seafood shop as done by most of d driver, he jus follow where we wan to go. He’s reli a nice guy.

3) Sunset seafood dinner – Lia Café
The seafood taste really nice and cheap. But I wan to mention here is the service their provided. We order Package A which included 500g fish, 500g squids, 7pcs clam & 7pcs prawn which cost IDR180k included rice, soup, 2 coconut drinks n salad (for 2 person). Thy r 4 of us but because we r short in cash dat time so we order oni 1 set but whn d food r delivered to us, we are surprised to find dat thy give us extra 1 pcs of clam n 1 pcs of prawn to make it 8 pcs so dat we can divide it among us 4 without extra charge!!! They are really thoughtful. The portion r quite big and the worry bout not enough for 4 of us is reli nonsense as at d end we all r reli full n fully satisfied with this seafood dinner.


The stay in Ubud n d superb driver let us enjoy our bali trip to its fullness

it is safe but not recommended as d road there r quite small n narrow. U will easily get lost and d journey frm 1 location to another location may take times too. I recommended u hired a driver n u can rest in d aircond car after tired journey as d weather in Bali is super super hot^^
