I think the ones facing the forest will have a view on Semenyih Town and housing estates like the Greens, Kaseh Heights, Kajang East, Vista Valley, Bandar Teknologi, Taman Mega and other housing estates in Semenyih town as well as the back of LEKAS highway going down towards Seremban especially from the top floors.

Even the new development on the empty plot of land nearby beside LEKAS can be viewable.

On the opposite side Sunway Semenyih, Desa Mewah and Taman Aik Ann is viewable.

Who knows, you might even get Eco Hills view if you can view LEKAS Corporate, Signature S and Semenyih Technology Park industrial area from there.

Isn't Bandar Tech within Semenyih?

It's full address is Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih.

So that means Symphony Residence is part of Semenyih.

I think Kiara Plaza sales should set up a booth or exhibition in Mid Valley Megamall, One Utama or Sungei Wang Plaza to boost sales.

Any news about which retailer is coming in? Any supermarket, shops, cafe, fast food restaurant, nice decor Chinese/Japanese/Korean restaurant, boutique etc?

Kiara Plaza residentials more than 96% occupied.
