seriously how come recently all launching project located at south of kl & selangor. semenyih, balakong, seri kembangan, kajang ....

puchong roughly 650psf d. here around 400psf. but the problem is, im not familiar with these area. another reason is im looking for studio now as im working around kl. these area all selling 1000sq and above....not really my cup of tea!

the heritage - psf 542

dreamcity - psf roughly 543 <-- thinking this 1 but entry abit high. have to fork out 10%. summore left not so desirable 3unit only. soooo hard to get a property....
