Hi, anyone know how far frm this project location to the nearest MRT station in Kajang?

Among Univillage, LMARQ, Ascotte Boulevard & Kiara Plaza in Semenyih, which one will attract students from Nottingham? Univillage is the nearerst to Nottingham beside of it's own campus....once Univillage been fully occupied, will the students choose to stay & rent in others project? LMARQ? Ascotte? Kiara?

Passed by Kiara Plaza sales booth at Aeon Cheras Selatan, sales for service apartment & SOHO facing swimming pool almost sold out....few units left.

New info frm the sales person:
1) Shuttle bus provided by developer
2) Free 1 year maintenance fees
3) Lower booking fees
4) There will be Maybank in Kiara Plaza
5) Estimated SOHO price will increase to rm 400k upon completion ???

This project even selling in Jusco Seremban 2, but the agent told me units facing swimming pool almost fully sold & showed me the chart full with colour sticker...

Seems desperate targeting Seremban people to buy this project in Semenyih, hopefully this project not playing sticker game & will ONG in Semenyih area...
