i just concern semenyih not enough population to digest the property over there, a lot of development there

many of the buyer in semenyih used to stay in sri kembangan, balakong and cheras area.

i have some friends who bought semenyih use to stay in these area.their reason was those places were too jam...especially balakong, symphony tower 1600+unit upon its completion for sure that place will be jam like crazy.

errr local semenyih people buying new development in semenyih havent seem any yet so far ...

but this is the current issue that most of the people are worrying about, too many development but not that much of people to digest. everywhere also same.

now all project that are submitted after 1st jan 2016 are freezed ma, so hopefully market wont go too bad lo

according to my experience for working 3 years here in semenyih, I've talked to quite number of local semenyih people, most of their thought is that if they wanna buy new houses they will move to other places they rather not stay in semenyih anymore....

mainly because of job opportunity here is low and salary is low, no major shopping mall, no good food , no fancy restaurant, no cinema and so on..

so lets wait for few years see if semenyih really get ong maybe local semenyih people might choose to stay?

Went to the showroom just now, found out that the photo i posted previously is soho unit not 1097.

The sales there quite friendly as well good job i told them i already bought he still serve me very happily . Good job

of coz remain as early bird price,heard that leftover unit is selling quite slow now

Also, i heard my friend say that booking fees now RM1k only, my 2k havent refund until today

you buy soho or service apartment? you try to call them and check for your rebate cause just now i call them they say you looking for rebate or deposit , sound like rebate is ready to collect liao
