Went to the showroom just now, found out that the photo i posted previously is soho unit not 1097.

The sales there quite friendly as well good job i told them i already bought he still serve me very happily . Good job

ok la seem not too bad, design is acceptable for me, you get an empty house eventually so design not a big deal.

but suprise to know that plaster ceiling is included in the house so can save money on that . 

actually not wasting money, its actually provide the actual feels how a 477ft2 and 1097ft2 layout look alike. Good for decision making

and the show unit, its good for us "buyer" to know what kind of finishes and fittings (basic) they will provide to use later.

and also how high is the ceiling later on.

overall, good and affordable. Its a steal

I also noticed the developer included extra recreational fixtures.

Soho unit , i think interioir finishing soon, saw lights on inside in between 18-22floor at night plastic sheet covering the window. Exterior of builoding almost done painting completely.

service apartment tower i think up to 22/24floor, almost same height as soho.
