all kena GST one.

but fyi, mostly studio,soho,sovo and begin with S , mostly under commertial title...and developer can choose not to absorb geh.

Seem Developer agreed to absorb to attract more buyer so u r lucky smile.gif thumbup.gif

initially i thought 6 % sure kena, but suprise the developer absorb rolleyes.gif

i just went to the site, under construction phase1. it is really cool.

i take a drive surrounding area..... i can only see this is the first condo to be up at the moment.

which mean... u did the right investment... regarding the KTM... i still no sure where it is located but sure will be at Kajang to Semenyih.

other ther than this project.... few project going on....nvr ever forget Kajang to Semenyih is fking near.... therefore....

what i see is fking +ve..... sorry.. too excited.


The location u invest , behind is the resident area which quite a lot.... and the Service Apartment is shop lot or Mall, i believe...... sure the people from there area will come and shopping....

well, this is all my view and opinios. at least i went there got +ve answer.... hahaha

if really wanna talk about -ve, i only see 2 thing....

2) Traffic when the area fully developed


from the above 2 point i will think as following way to make myself accept this project

1) far from kl, no doubt but what do u expected such new development with such good offer just below market price 383++ psf , where u can get?

2) yes traffic everywhere is jamming , but that might be in future, as the developer also mentioned there will be some other highway build up to reduce the traffic.
haha, maybe u think they just talked only might not gonna happened, possibility is there also hahaha.

Then i may ask u another question, Anyone of u went to melaka? Jam? i guess it is clear cut to u whether good for investment or not. hehehe.

but at Melaka, the other side of island is being develop as well, i think by tat time fully developed ,i hardly imagine what will going to become there condition of thier traffic.
