Their SOP is ask for my phone number & ask me to wait for their call (which they never did). When I went there to collect my cheque, have to wait again for the front desk clerk to look for the cheque. WTF really this developer.

I also felt my unit is quite overpriced. But what to do la just accept it. See how when the apartment complete. Looking forward for the gym & swimming pool.
