Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and find out the customers needs.
2. Describe features and benefits to customers.
3. To manage the daily operations to ensure smoothness and efficiency.
4. To work in teams in achieving outlet sales target.
5. Maintain the high standards of customer service within the store and assist with all relevant store operations.

Requirement:

1) Candidates must possess at least 1 years of working experience in retail business or a retail related field. Fresh welcome to apply.
2) Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills.
3) Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
4) Must be fascinated by fashion and keep up with the latest trends.
5) Pleasant personality, friendly & approachable.
6) Must be able to speak fluent English.Other languages will be added advantage.

Full-Time Salary Package :
Junior Retail Promoter : RM960.00 (Basic Salary) + Commission EPC + SOCSO
Senior Retail Promoter : RM1,000-RM1,050 (Basic Salary) + Commission EPC + SOCSO

Commission (Between RM400-RM500)

Part-Time-Time Salary Package :
RM4.50-5.00 + EPF + SOCSO

Working Shift :

Full-Time Working arrangement :
Shift 1 : 9.30am-6.30pm
Shift 2 : 1.00pm-10.00pm

Part-Time Working arrangement :
Those who are able to work weekend strongly encourage to apply.
