Accounts Executive
RM2,000.00 - 2,500.00

Job Functions
a) Summary of principle job accountability
Preparing company account.
To protect the company’s intellectual properties and shall hold to the fullest confidential of all sensitive information in nature.

b) Specific job duties and responsibilities
To prepare Payment for Printed Media and other subsidiaries.
To prepare of invoices, in charge of accounts receivables and follow up outstanding collections.
To prepare full set account.
To assists in preparing of Content Provider report.

Daily task:
Key Supplier invoice & prepare payment.
Update collection and prepare official receipt.
Filling invoice, payment and agreement.
Prepare daily bank and cash balance report.
Assist accounts seniors and superiors on other tasks.

Monthly tasks:
Check monthly sales summary report and prepare sales invoice.
Prepare Inter Company debit and credit note.
Preparation of Bank reconciliation.
Generate Journal.
Maintain fixed asset register.
Maintain prepayment, other debtor & deposit listing.
Maintain others creditor and accrual listing.
Check and prepare petty cash reimbursement.
Prepare monthly financial and management report.
Prepare and distribute approved content provider report.
Prepare success rate report.

Annual task:
Assist in liaison with auditor and tax agent.
To handle company tax computation and compliance.

Others:
To be punctual to work and to all the appointments and to maintain positive manner and efficient attribute with professional behaviours to clients. Ensure the efficiency and the positive corporate image.
To submit contact report of every appointments (if any) by the same day of the appointment.
To ensure and maintain proper filling of all relevant documents so that all the documentations are referable and on track all the time.
To ensure the working station is clean and organized before leaving office after work and keep the confidential documents in locks.
To undertake any other ad- hoc duties specified by management from time to time.

c) Key Performance Indicators
To complete job assignment as schedule.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, LCCI higher of Part Professional qualification.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience handling full set of account.
Computer literate and able to work independently and meet deadline.
Able to work under pressure, multitasking, good working attitude and has good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
