Another case of snatch theft where the victim was injured badly

Ms. Loh Sing Ying, 23, robbed and assaulted, in Taman Wahyu yesterday. However, she succumbed to injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital where an armed forces personnel had rushed her to.
