Job Scope & Descriptions:
• To take incoming telephone inquiries & complaints from customer pertaining to Telco product & services.
• Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
• Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously, in a competent and professional manner.
• Willing to work on shift hours to provide customer support and assistance
Job Requirement:
• The candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.
• Confident speaker in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• At least 1 year of working experience will be added advantage.
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Analytically, Good Observation, Fast Learner
• Pleasant personality & good interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge in computer.

• Training will be provided
Working Location :
Plaza Sentral (next to KL Sentral), Kuala Lumpur
Working Hour :
6 days per week, 1 day off (on rotation) and 8 hours per shift .
Salary Range :
Full-Time : RM1,700+RM300.00 Allowance.
