Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day office operations and administrative duties
• Reception & Customer Service duties:
- Answering incoming calls & directing calls efficiently.
- Managing customers with lighting speed response to inquiries
• Assist in processing delivery orders, preparing product packaging and product delivery
• Update and maintain daily administrative related records
• Filing and other general administrative tasks.
• Other administrative & ad hoc tasks as required by management
• To update weekly and monthly sales, customers report.
• Maintain and update customers’ files.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Outlook.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, proactive, results oriented, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver good results
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Salary Range:
RM1,800-RM2,500 + EPF + SOCSO

Working Arrangement:
5 Days (9am-6pm for weekdays)

Working Location:
Bangsar South,Kuala Lumpur.
