Hi, i bought my phone via Umobile. So they din help me register for warranty. I registered myself via Product Registration in the samsung.com.my website. is it sufficient? or is there any where else that I should go to to register? I don't receive any sms notification as mentioned by some ppl... Thanks!

Apparently if I mute the s4, the apps that I open is still not on mute unlike iphone. Any idea to really mute all? Or I hv to go to each apps and change each setting?

My smart pause doesnt seem to work. All I need to do is to go to the setting and turn on the smart pause right? Anything else i need to do?

I actually look away but it didnt pause. I tried on the helicopter video from the gallery and also youtube. Doesnt work. Sorry, what do you mean by stock video player?

I noticed that on the top right corner of my screen, there is this one 'eye' feature that seems to be off. I am not sure what this is and if it is the reason d smart pause is not working. I checked my settings and the smart stay and smart pause are on.

Hi, u can't. If u want to retain the number, u need to go to umobile and change to umobile prepaid first. Then after few days when the system already updated record that u r under umbile, u can go to umobile again to sign up U58 plan. That was wat explained to me by the umobile ppl.

I faced this quite often. Whenever I open the camera, my S4 will restart by itself. Not sure if it's software problem...anyone has the same problem? How do you resolve this?
