phone has been restarting by itself. once a day. could it be that the sim card is not cut properly?

Hey guys this is probably out of topic a bit but can we exchange a new set after buying for one week. Got it last sat but keeps restarting. Dont feel like sending for service because no spare phone. Does samsung let u exchange a phone?
