if i installed a custom rom like wanamlite for example, would the the camera app crash problem still happen?

My S4 feel everything O.k but just find out reply sms failed. May be need send to Samsung.

the most basic feature is failed?? hoho... that is not good!

oh btw, my S4 is still using old play store while my old htc desire V has been upgraded recently (without me doing anything).

I knew that we can download the APK files for playstore and install it manually, but is there any way to trigger the update for playstore so that it can be updated?

I dunno about the technical thing.. but yes my S4 battery is draining too fast from the day 1 I used it. Not installed many apps yet, just the basic social app fb, instagram, wechat... haishh... charged before sleep at night, then at 4 or 5 pm, it will reached 25-20%... dunno if this is normal... (most of the time during office hour I will let the data ON, after office hour will connected using wifi...

last time im using iphone 4, then using desire v (dual sim), also both the data will be on/wifi connected most of the time, but at least, i will only need to charge it before sleep at night, not at the late evening like S4..

Nearly a week using it, 2 - 3 time self reboot, but using camera so far no prob...  it just suddenly reboot without any warning...

really hope some update from samsung will resolve this...

Ya please provide quantifiable data. When I was young, I couldn't drink "hot" soup. Now I'm older I can take hot soup straight down. It's all relative.

Hot as in temperature, not chilli. That said, I'm not sure if anyone's managed to properly quantify "hotness" of chilli except for capsaicin count.

sorry i dont have apps for it. Unless u can tell me how can i detect the temperature.

How to check CPU temp?
Bring up FactoryKeystring app. Go to Sensor then select Thermistor.

i have try i9500 from my friend just bought 2 week ago. Can feel the warm behind the phone while playing with the camera function about 2min.

I m surprise the ram consume 1.2GB/1.8GB in idle state, which all apps have been closed n clear all memory. Compare to S3, it is way too much. Heard many complaining about auto-reboot while relaunching camera from another apps. Maybe the ram consume too much causing the problem. Hope samsung release software update regarding this issue.

May agree to u too, feel that the camera quite alot bug. playing with camera function will also make the phone feel warm like playing high graphic game.

will you buy a stock android S4?
