Hi all, my Y580's screen is acting up (pixelating screen)... have to send to Lenovo for servicing. Do i need to provide any document (receipt/warranty card) to them or is the serial number sufficient? Asking bcoz i can't find my receipt!

Hello all.. i'm going to send my laptop in for warranty claim (screen goes blank after some time.. no backlight). Based on experience, how long will it take for me to get my notebook back? Any bad experiences with Lenovo service centers?
