i want to send my Y400 to the service centre in the 4th floor at low yat
have problem with the GPU..
so,
1st question, cause i never send any of my device for warranty claim before, i really don't know anything about the warranty process..so can u guys please explain to me what i have to bring along with my laptop to the service centre? what will the staff ask? is there any charge i have to pay?
2nd question, this pic means i still have warranty left right?
and also...
the thing is i saw lots of negative comments/bad reviews from Lenovo Malaysia FB page regarding the service centre in Low Yat
some still didn't get their items, some wait for months just for the quotations, etc
which makes me think that maybe it's better to just send it for repair in recommended repair store in Lowyat Plaza..from my thread, some say the repair cost gonna be around RM400 which is fine by me..what do u guys recommend?
