QUOTE(hardi_7 @ May 16 2013, 01:13 PM) Core diff only by 100mHz.. Is it worth for upgrading? Huh.. IF, you don't have the y500, it's worth waiting... but since you already got it, it's not worth upgrading since you can overclock it up to the speed yourself

QUOTE(vNirvana @ May 29 2013, 02:52 PM) For my y500, I actually bought u2 and add on another extra fan because for me the u3 size is too big and heavy. I think the effect will be same compare with u3 right? Any sifu can enlighten me? the u2's fan is much more faster than the u3, due to it's less one fan, but from the u2 to the u3, the u3 has much more airflow compared to the u2.

QUOTE(Mr_47 @ May 29 2013, 04:59 PM) 20-40 is always better in gaming world haha not most of time you will get double Lol, from the youtube videos ( Viewed a lot of them ) the 20-40 hasn't much difference, I'm not gonna spend RM800++ on a graphics card that does not at least double/nearly double the fps, I might as well get a PC, don't you think?

QUOTE(Lil Kiasu @ May 29 2013, 07:11 PM) An increase of 40 fps is good for mobile gamers liao if they play demanding games... Desktop..? No fun carrying a tower + peripherals to Starbucks/airport/kopitiam liao~ Point taken

Another question, if I'd just installed a crucial mSata 128gb on my y500, what should i do? I read before somewhere that i need to switch to legacy or smth somewhere, any sifu's here know about how to do this? and I would want to keep the OKR intact.
Edit: In addition i would want to clone my w8 OS and everything into the mSata with OKR still intact...
