For everyone using windows 8.1, my personal suggestion is to down grade to win8.0, the driver for 8.1 is not stable, while 8.0 smooth like butter.

Im using y410p with samsung ssd120gb + 1tb hdd. So far so good, wifi also perfect.

128GB quite ok leh, my setup is 128gb + 1tb Hdd. all windows in SSD, and all games in 1tb. and i notice even if u put games in SSD, the game start up time doesnt really improve much (my case dota2), like no significant improvement at all, and i guess those loading time is CPU driven, so u can actually save alot of spaces for games

Does anyone here broke his Y410p hinge? (the support plastic part for screen & body)

After repetitive usage, mine broke, and i believe this is a fatal flaw in product design, can any other y410p owner share their experience?

if your y410 is still safe, try to open up your back cover and check whether your plastic part has already started to crack.
