Where can I buy y500 in lowyat? Any good deals or shops that I should shop at?

i also brought at Thunder Match..highest floor, same level as Lenovo SC..

i have meet people there, but not use their service yet....the people in the service centre is friendly and always smile...they also tell me, 'datang sini kalau laptop rosak' (because i just bought ideapad y400, and they saw me hold the laptop box )

And also their warranty service quite good, had replace my LCD panel before...

Go calibrate, it's good for rescaling the battery level....

it easy..u go nvidia control panel and i give u the number of colour calibration..if u want pm me..it quite private

how did u get 46-49 degree for cpu... mine during idle always at least 60 wor...in room temperature.. even my HDD also 46 @.@..

would like to know is there anyone here udgraded their warranty to 3 years? i use my lappy everyday, once in uni, once at home - with frequent opening and closing of the lid,  would it make the hinge spoil faster? is the 3-yrs warranty worth it?

Initially having this battery and PSU problems which escalated to corrupt window...don't ask me how...sent to SC for repair in Sandakan,Sabah.

Didn't check on the progress because I was busy with my work...

After two months went to the SC to check on the proress...I was so shocked when I was told that they changed the motherboard twice, change the hard disk, graphic card, processor....almost everything except for the monitor and keyboard. After all that, there is still problem with it. According to the SC, my case is known to the whole country and the support guys at Lenovo tried to create this problem and find a solution for it...Don't know if they were telling the truth. But I did see around 10 small boxes around my laptop. When I asked the SC guys they told me all of that was just for my laptop...I did ask him why can't they just give me a new unit instead of replacing almost everything.

Write a complaint to Lenovo and can you guys believe it, they only call me after three weeks. Until today there is still no news from them except telling me that the case was closed. So pissed of by them and demanded they refund me.

hi all.. i just bought my lenovo y400 recently and i want to upgrade my ram.. my question is do i need to go back to sc or i can upgrade my own by opening the back cover.. i'm worry about the warranty stuff.. will it void the warranty if i open the back cover and upgrade myself? 

Okay.. Erm one more question.. Let's say I now change my hdd to ssd.. When I want to claim warranty that time.. Do I need to change back to the old hdd for the warranty purpose or I can stick with my current ssd and process to sc?
