Dear forumers,
I have tried replacing my factory drive with a Vertex 2 SSD but it seems that I needed to boot the notebook thrice before it gets detected to boot into Windows; no idea why.
Since that didn't worked well, I changed into a WD Black with Windows 7 and sometimes my WiFi couldn't detect any networks; forcing me to reboot the notebook multiple times.
Updated latest drivers didn't help either.
Anyway, Y410p user joining the club. Hehehe.

I am wondering whether my Y410p uses mSATA or m.2.....
And I hate the annoying wireless issue where I have to reboot twice for it to be able to detect wireless networks, not sure what's wrong.
Using windows 7 with the pre-shipped drivers though.

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ Jun 18 2013, 09:31 AM) don't tell me y410 still using the lousy wifi card What, Qualcomm? QUOTE(slimfox @ Jun 19 2013, 08:53 PM) Seems like a hardware problem. I would suggest that you sent to SC to check since its a new computer with warranty. I have a similar issue with wireless card, more like OS problem since I didn't had it with Windows 8.

Where is the nearest Lenovo SC in PJ?
Darn, I checked my battery using Ubuntu and found that it shows designed capacity as 56.6Wh and actual capacity as 55.5Wh and 1.5% battery level wear.
Not even two weeks after I got my notebook, can I check with SC on this?
