Did anyone here having 2 years international warranty on their Y400? I bought 1 from Hikari85, free DOS version, she said mine is eligible for 2 years international warranty and I need to register online, problem is Lenovo Malaysia don't provide international warranty on their ideapad series.

1. huhu..i already format the D partition lorr..but i burn all the driver inside D partition what does hidden folder contains?
2. i've attach screenshot of my disk management..which one is the hidden partition?

yes, all Malaysian unit got 2 years warranty..if u check at Lenovo site using ur serial number, u only see 1 year = base warranty, starting from the manufactured date (not ur date of purchased)..u can email Lenovo to change the starting warranty date & extend 1 more year..so u can get total 2 years warranty..hope this can help

I'm not really quite sure but i think the folder contain One Key Recovery Folder.. Not sure wat it use for.. Last 2 nite i delete the partition D but keep the hidden partition, then reinstall windows using usb live.. Then install back the One Key Recovery.. When I press the button OKR, show menu but cant link to the hidden partition(which contain pre-installed windows n driver).. So, I guess there are something in the partition D (D:/App/...forgot what name) that link it to the hidden partition so that can use the OKR.. Seem like the OKR is useless without the file in partition D..

oh, i see..that hidden folder still in my D partition (Lenovo>OneKey App>One Key Recovery)..my OneKey Recovery still functioning quess i will keep the D partition..

Lucky u.. Huhu.. The one i sell now is the 1 that i delete the partition D.. Now in search of the lucky buyer..

Nope.. I already try it.. U will see the different when u play games.. Especially Tomb raider, Far cry 3, etc..

Is it just install and play or you need do some settings? like nvidia control panel?

they will reply u within 3-5 days..1st they replied base warranty update confirmation..then they replied with 2nd year warranty upgrade confirmation..

For nvidia control panel, u just have to set "Maximize 3D performance" for SLI configuration.
The EVGA SLI Enhancement just a patch that help nvidia to synchronize both graphic card clock for optimization usage. Will attach picture soon.
