I stay at jimbaran and so far there's no foreigners, not sure about situations at legian. The flat definitely has some foreigners tho.

Right now Jimbaran's maintenance fee is 200 + 20 and I think there may be a need to raise it a bit due to inflation and general increment of cost. Not sure on how many default cases in Legian, that may play a factor.
