Again, those agents that advertised RM510K-530K, i dont really sure whether they have such seller or not. We as owner is not convince with all these agent who try to advertise at lower price just to atract people to call.

I checked with management a few months back, transaction already RM550K.
Or the lower price could be facing the factory or telco tower.

Yup, you can rent out to family, but i think mostly is RM1200-1300 kuah for bare unit compare with student which are above RM1500.

First of all, please ask yourself whether is buy for own stay or investment. It will be great if you could drop by the area have a look.
