Anybody can enlighten me why Jimbaran? I am looking for property for own stay.
Because of green award?

I find phase 1, Legian price was only about 600k and below. That was so much lower than this Jimbaran, phase 2 which was 700k++ and if I remember correctly, there is no phase 3 of landed property here. So Jimbaran was final phase. More than 100k++ compare to phase 1?

Not to mention 200++ maintenance fee without gym, swimming pool, clubhouse etc

With 700k++, why not choose The Chimes, Bandar Rimbayu? or Alam Nusantara, Setia Alam??
Larger size compare to jimbaran only 65x22??

I am not bashing or what, just would like to know what make you chose Jimbaran?

I am now eyeing Legian. Lowest so far 570k.

Oh no! Which toilet in second floor? The master bedroom toilet or the one sharing for the other bedroom?
And how to check whether it is leaking?
