Been thinking to purchase a unit here for own stay, really like the place and design and all, but once I view the unit (tenanted to students ones)....man I have to say the students really DESTROYED the house interior. Sigh hope can find a nice unit soon

Viewed another unit today (Legian), anyone knows what is the cause of this leaking? 2nd Floor medium room (the one next to toilet).
