Cyberjaya still 'unknown' land and 'developing'. Some more to KL takes about, 45 minutes. The nearest township is Bangi / Dengkil / Kajang.
Ara Damansara is very much nearby Subang /PJ / KL. Easy access to Kuala Lumpur via NKVE etc.
So that's probably explained why Villamas selling Cristal 'below' between this two territory.
On the other hand, if compared Cristal with other projects in Cyberjaya the price more or less are close to each other, dekat dekat.
