I visit Zefer hill last week, here are my comments over your seeds...

1. Can see there is action been taken to rectifying problem, they even have checklist form for the construction problem distributed among the owners. And the progress is obvious.
2. Sometimes, you can't blame the developer. It could be TNB and Syabas. You blame developer also no use...
3. I knew Zefer hill got a strong presence on social media, but the social media currently is used to help them solve the resident's problem. Well, my unit owner was mention, once they had submitted the checklist, it takes about 30 days to rectify the problem.
4. Well.. This one! I dun know. i thinking to rent only. Somehow it should be your responsibility to ensure maintenance. You have to pay on time.
5. Most of the construction have the same issues, not only Villamas. As long as you complain to the right party, they willing help you to rectify.
6. I went to Zefer hill in Puchong.. It is super high end. Not bad.
