Nothing to do with BM or anything, but the project's name is merely reflecting on a concept. The logo, name of condos/villas, colors, etc...cristal = crystal?

Check out Verde, also a development by Villamas. Hopefully that can give you a benchmark of standard where workmanship is concerned
