Seeking English and Cantonese Customer Care Professionals to confidently service our valued customers in the Hong Kong market.
We are pleased to announce the opportunity to join our new Customer Care team based at our call centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
These positions are responsible for providing excellent service to our Hong Kong Corporate card members & Program Administrators who need assistance with day to day card usage. The Corporate Customer Care Professionals are expected to utilise worldwide policies and procedures and strive to offer Superior service & products to customers as well as problems and provide solutions on a customer’s first contact with American Express.
They responsible for strengthening customer relationships and adding value to the overall service we provide to our corporate card members and program administrators. In addition to inbound calls, the team may be required to make outbound calls and liaising with other American Express business departments and teams such as Maintenance, New Accounts and Credit.
Due to the premium profile of American Express, our corporate customers have very high expectations of our service and this means you need to be able to deal with customers with high service expectations.
The operating hours for the Corporate Services team are between 8:00am – 8.00pm, Monday to Friday and you will work a set shift within this timeframe. There is also a requirement for flexibility to be able to work outside of these hours on occasion, to include public holidays.
Requirements:

A minimum qualification of Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree.
1year + years of Customer Service experience at a contact centre.

A commitment to continuing to build a successful career in Customer Service and providing solutions to your customer base.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to identify and act on issues which may impact Corporate clients.
Ability to manage own priorities.
