Responsibilities:

-To monitor and review non-performing loan (NPL) accounts;
-To take pro-active measure to rehabilitate the accounts in order to reclassify to performing status
-To formulate and promote appropriate settlement proposals;
-To take appropriate actions against delinquent accounts;
-Negotiate with the past due accounts.

Job Requirements:

-At least possess a diploma/degree in related field of Credit Control
-Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity and related fieldas a Credit Control Manager.
-Strong knowledge in credit and credit control processes.
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven leadership and team management.

Salary Range:
Assistant Manager : RM4,300 + RM 1,000(Target Incentive)+EPF +SOCSO
Manager : RM 5,000 + RM 1,000(Target Incentive)+EPF +SOCSO

Working Hour:
6 days/week (9.00am-5.15pm)

Our office is located at Klang,Selangor.
