Role: Senior Sales Executive
1. Sales Target: Provide feedback and alignment on key chain annual targets, set annual & quarter target
2. Trade Relationship: Building strong & collaborative relationship with dealers/ store level; provide support & coaching to Sales reps to establish positive customer relationship
3. Distribution & Range Assortment: Develop & provide distribution & range strategy for independent stores/chain.
4. Sales consultants: Responsible for total SE & counter sales in assigned area-manpower planning and cost management
5. Market share: Highlight competitor activities to Trade Marketing

Remuneration:

RM3.5-RM4k basic
RM700 transportation allowance
RM2-RM2.5k commission/month
Total can go up to RM6-7k/month!

Working Hours:
5 days/week
8.30 am - 6.00pm

Requirements:
1. Must possess at least a diploma, bachelor degree, professional degree in any related field.
2. Preferably candidates that possess experience in fashion industry, 3-5 years of sales experience
3. Must possess own transport (CAR) as candidate need to travel and able to communicate in local dialects
4. Strong in leadership
5. Good in analysis
6. Female
