Customer Service Administrator @ Top Vision

Top Vision Eye Specialist Centre was founded in 2010 as the first ambulatory care centre in Banting, fully compliance with Ministry of Health, Malaysia. The idea as a complete, one stop eye specialist centre was well received by local community and by the year 2011 Top Vision Eye Specialist Centre spreads its wings to Setia Alam. With the availability of a team of highly qualified and experience ophthalmologists and healthcare providers, patients are ensured to receive premier yet affordable eye care they most deserved.

In line with our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the following position:

Responsibilities:
• Daily specialist centre counter management.
• To do counselling and to provide patient with related medical information
• Guarantee letter application
• To assist doctors and patients on documentation matters

Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin is a must . Able to communicate well in Hokkien dialect is an added advantage.
• Other required communication language are Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Secondary/STPM/”A” Level /Pre-U, Diploma, in any field.
• Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
