• .Net or C# or VB.Net (.Net family skills)
• SQL Server (some kind of Data management skill)

CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER

The Customer Service Engineer is responsibleforassisting computer users with troubleshooting, repairs and other issues. He answers and diagnoses customer problems and provide step-by-step solutions to the caller or uses remote access to take control of the computer and remedy the problem. He also visits office locations to deliver and set up new computer systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Helpdesk support and ensure timely response to both external and internal parties on the resolution of issues within specified timeframes

Manage inbound calls on products and services efficiently and resolve technical/user assistance issues

Conduct implementation onsite/offsite on the changes or enhancement to the system

Conduct training to end-users on the usage of the system

Track and monitor Helpdesk KPI, resolution turnaround times ,etc

Ability to communicate resolutions of technical problems quickly and clearly

Requirements:

Ability to understand, analyze and convey complex technical concepts and processes in a way that customer understand

Ability to interact with multiple levels of internal partiesand external parties of the organization

Good customer services and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English language

Familiar with IT industry and computer proficiency with applicable software applications

Highly service-oriented, self-starter and able to work independently

Knowledge of distributor management business practices is an advantage.
