Role: Sales Support (80% administration, 20% sales function)
Administration:
Supporting sales department
Co-ordinate responses and supporting sales team.
Admin and data management projects
Supporting operations
Close interaction on Oil & Gas clients.
Handling administration tasks and pre sales
Sales:
Also required to do pre sales as when needed.
Remuneration:To be discussed. (Basic + Commissions + mileage claim) (Company laptop and Handphone will be provided)
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Power Point, Excel & Word)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work in Tanjung Pelepas
Experienced in administration/customer service/sales functions. Preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
Possesses good command of English as you will need to liaise with customers in the Oil and Gas industry as well as Singapore HQ.
