Role:
-Solve customer technical questions.
-Technical trouble shooting, servicing, testing and repairing of our products.
-Occasionally will be required to provide on-site support.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least an SPM,Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in IT/Computer Science, Electronic & Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Equivalent.
-Have knowledge in IT networking, electronic, internet, email and installing software. Relevant experience in related field.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Malay. Fast learner and interest in technical field.
-Fresh graduates are encourage to apply /experience candidates will be added advantage.
-Possess Own Transportation
-Willing to travel.
-Full-Time positions available.
