After download, unrar the file you will get PDF files.
use Adobe Reader to open the PDF file.
If don't have it, go here to download (Free):

When you open the PDF file at the Print section,
first make sure the Printer --> Properties inside the paper size is "A4".
after that Page Sizing & Handling set to "Size" then choose "Actual size".
make Orientation: "Portrait" for safety.
if not so sure make Page Setup below to "A4" too. all done, Print it~

Note: is recommended to use Card quality paper to get better visual.
