Basic Application Idea:
I'm hiring a programmer to create only the beginning of an application. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately. I want to make an app similar to What'sapp, minus the messaging function, add in a "Facebook poke" like function.

Real fun begins if this job can be completed.

You need to know:
- user accounts,
- able to detect contacts in the user's address book that already has the app,
- interactive interface,
- referral function

Responsibilities:
- Review and perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use(optional but a plus)
- Comment what each function does

Requirements:
- A portfolio of your proud work
