Hey, can someone tell me how to get rid of Searchnu. I keep being redirected to it from my homepage

Have you installed any malware removal programs such as Spybot Search & Destroy, AdAware and Malwarebytes?

If you did not, download them, disconnect your PC from the Internet and then proceed to run the scans and remove the infections.

UserU, i found an article and tried to follow the steps for removing the infection that were shown there (searchnu-redirect-virus )

But the solution at the end turned ot to be the one you suggested at first. So i downloaded Malwarebytes and did a scan. Oh i almost forgot to mention, that it was recommended to me to use adwcleaner, so yes i also did a scan with it.
well thats it, i hope everything is fine now.
