x-treme , Normally for a rated 12,000mAH powerbank, how many times can charge a iphone 5 from 20% discharge point? I got a Pineng 913 look-alike from MV PC fair last mth from this supplier http://metakey.com.my/os_view_full.php?id=651 This powerbank only gave me 4 times full charge on my iphone 5 from 20% level and from your calculation, it suppose to give me atleast 5 times? I suspect just a rebranded Pineng 10,000 mAH but claimed 12,000mAH I open up the cover and the so called genuine Samsung 3000mAHX4 batteries that they claimed are without Samsung logo and even without any MaH rating This post has been edited by stimix: Jun 27 2013, 02:13 PM

Well, I'm expecting similar specs to Pineng 913 since the look is exactly the same except diff brand name. The supplier told me made in M'sia using genuine Samsung batteries.. the PC fair stall also displaying Samusng batteries kaw-kaw + free one 3000mAH battery (eh..more like 2600Mah) This is the inner look of the powerbank taken moment ago: I hope TS, can open his Pineng 913 and compare with this so called..M'sian maded using genuine samsung batteries

QUOTE(x-treme @ Jun 27 2013, 05:42 PM) i hope i can open too. but all units are sold out. i had opened 1 unit of pn912, the circuit is almost same like pn-910 unit. the battery colour is different a bit. If you have a chance in future do open up that PN913 & compare BTW, I suspect it's similar capacity to PN913 i.e 10,000mAH only and thus, can only charge max 4 X unless you tell me genuine 913 can charge more than 4?
