I would like to ask for guidance in repairing my power bank with the name of the brand "Green".

The power bank have two functioning battery with code 894590, 4500mAh each, which have the total of 9000mAh.
The power bank stated using Li-polymer cell and i had use it for almost 3 years.

I checked the charging port with multi-meter and the connection is all fine, so i suspect is the ic burned. however i cant find any blow/burn sign on the IC and circuit.

i can only identify two ic which is 74HC595D and DTM4410 chips, where can i buy it at local , pudu jalan pasar?


If any of you have any idea how to fix do enlighten me ya
